I contacted Coach Callie because our organization aimed to improve the services we provide our resident population by being more resident centred as part of our quality improvement goals. Our workshop facilitator helped us acquire an understanding of our organization, our workplace culture and the quality improvement goals we are aiming to accomplish. She tailorerd her seminar/workshops to meet those needs. She relates very well to people; she builds rapport effortlessly and the activities she provides in her seminars were engaging. I found the experience to be rewarding and would recommend Coach Callie to people who want to develop interpersonal/leadership skills.
