What is Personal Coaching?
Personal coaching is a powerful transformational process that enables you to discover and connect to the essence of who you are, your purpose, passions, and strengths, as well as your unique talents and gifts. It helps you to clarify a vision for your future and establish specific goals and strategies to help you move forward and live your best life possible.
How does coaching work?
As a coach, I challenge my clients to stretch beyond their comfort zone and take practical, action steps to achieve meaningful results in the areas they want to improve or change.
In our client-coach relationship, I align with your focus by asking powerful questions and engaging you in exercises that help reveal the truth about who you are and the life you want to live. This “mindful conversation”, combined with homework you are held accountable for, including inquiries, actions steps, and challenges, will support you in your transformation.

As your coach, I will help you discover a direction for your future that will allow you to experience greater fulfillment, satisfaction, and purpose, in both career and life. I will support you to celebrate your accomplishments and learn from your failures, and identify the challenges or road blocks that are preventing you from living into your full potential.
I connect with all new potential clients for approximately 30 minutes, free of charge, to assess whether working together will be a good fit for both of us.
A typical coaching program consists of two sessions per month for a period of 3-6 months. Since each coaching relationship is customized to meet an individual’s needs, the length of program and frequency of sessions may vary.
Once we decide to work together, we will sign a coaching agreement to officially begin our coaching sessions. Next, you will complete a pre-coaching questionnaire to help identify satisfaction with different areas of your life and opportunities for improvement. Then, a two-hour foundational session kicks off our coaching program. Whenever possible, the initial session is done in person.
Subsequent bi-weekly sessions are held via phone, and homework is assigned between sessions to provide you with practical action steps to transform your current reality into your desired state.
Coaching is completed upon reaching the terms of the coaching agreement, or when you are satisfied and have achieved what you wanted out of the coaching experience.
