However, being a leader is often an isolating position, and it’s one of the reasons leaders work with coaches.  Coaching offers a safe and confidential opportunity for leaders to raise their level of performance, influence, and excellence.

I believe that bringing your whole self to work—mind, body and spirit—helps create sustainable business success. As an added value, I integrate wellbeing into my leadership development programs.

Leadership assessments are effective tools that identify opportunities to reach your full potential. I often recommend using an assessment to increase the impact of the coaching program.

 

Why does Callie work with Leaders?

Early in my career, I recognized that leaders have tremendous impact on the world. My mission to transform the way we live, work, and lead is best accomplished by partnering with those who touch a lot of people. I want to raise the quality by which leaders connect, influence, inspire, and lead in order to achieve extraordinary results personally and professionally.

 

Coaching Structure

I connect with all new potential clients for approximately 30 minutes, free of charge, to assess whether working together will be a good fit for both of us.

A typical coaching program consists of two sessions per month for a period of 3-6 months. Since each coaching relationship is customized to meet an individual’s needs, the length of program and frequency of sessions may vary.

Once we decide to work together, we will sign a coaching agreement to officially begin our coaching sessions. Next, you will complete a pre-coaching questionnaire to help identify satisfaction with different areas of your leadership and opportunities for improvement. Then, a two-hour foundational session kicks off our coaching program. Whenever possible, the initial session is done in person.

If you are being sponsored to engage in coaching by your company, a triangulation meeting often occurs between you, me, and your senior manager to ensure alignment of the coaching goals identified during our foundational session.

Subsequent bi-weekly sessions are held via phone, and homework is assigned between sessions to provide you with practical action steps to actualize your potential.

Coaching is completed upon reaching the terms of the coaching agreement, or when you are satisfied and have achieved what you wanted out of the coaching experience.
